When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class. We usually ship your order in 1 business day. We ship plastic free 🌿

Can I exchange an item? IMPORTANT INFO

Yes, you can exchange or re-size items - except for earrings (hygienic reasons) and one-of-a-kind items. Please see each listing. Please contact us before sending anything back. When you send the item back, please pack it safely in the original packaging box to be green. The cost of exchanging/re-sizing is a shipping fee of $5 (to cover the shipping cost from me to you), and if there is a ring with a stone you need to re-size we charge $3 to re-size to cover the cost of extra material being used.

Because each item is custom made for you in your size we generally don't accept returns, but can in some cases. Please reach out with any questions. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost both ways for returns, unless the item is damaged.

How do I find my ring size?

You can purchase an inexpensive ring sizer from me - or other Etsy sellers. Printed sizers online - or using a string can be tricky and often inaccurate. You can also go to a local jewelry store to have your finger sized - or an existing ring. Keep in mind that a wider band usually needs to be sized up a quarter or a half size up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many - but not all - countries. Delivery times vary due to Customs holds and exams, Holidays, and other reasons I can not control. We try to make and ship your order as fast as possible to have it with you quickly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postage and Handling Fees. Please check your country's Customs rules and regulations before ordering. **These charges are NOT included in the price!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your order will come in a gift pouch. If your item is a gift sent directly to the recipient I can include a note if you wish. Please note that orders are not sent with a receipt (except for international order that will have a receipt due to possible Customs inspections).

Will the shipping cost be higher if I order more than one item?

No, you will only pay the flat shipping rate no matter how many items you order.

Is your jewelry intended for children?

No, our jewelry is ONLY intended for adults.

Why does my silver jewelry tarnish

Strong chemicals, chlorine, sulfur, perspiration and sweat, lotions, beauty- and hair products, and harsh sunlight can tarnish and dull your jewelry. They key is to be preventative.

It's best to take your jewelry off in these situations when you:

Are in any contact with chemicals or cleaning agents.
Take a shower, are in hot tubs, swim in pools, lakes, or oceans. Clean it with mild dish liquid and warm water. Make sure to dry it off afterwards. Water can contain all kinds of chemicals which can tarnish your silver.
Are in a sauna.
Prepare (or eat) foods that contain sulfur such as eggs, or mayonnaise (go vegan, yeah!)
Do messy and dirty work such as gardening, or working with clay for instance.
Are sun bathing or being active on hot days.

I did not receive my package, what should I do?

Delays do not occur very often, but may sometimes happen especially in holiday times and because of random Custom checks. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. We have to wait for 21 days for Domestic orders, and 45 days for International orders before the package is considered as lost. At that point, we either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

If you need your order urgently, please consider faster shipping options, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need your order for a special occasion.

How do I care for my jewelry

If you love sterling silver jewelry as much as we do, we know you want to care for it to keep it beautiful and avoid tarnishing. Strong chemicals, chlorine, sulfur, perspiration and sweat, lotions, beauty- and hair products, and harsh sunlight can tarnish and dull your jewelry. They key is to be preventative.

Clean it with mild dish liquid and warm water. Make sure to dry it off afterwards. Water can contain all kinds of chemicals which can tarnish your silver jewelry.
When you don't wear your jewelry keep each piece separated in zip-lock bags or soft pouches. Jewelry can scratch and tarnish being bundled up.
You can also use a jewelry polishing cloth to brighten your jewelry up.

There are many ways to clean your jewelry without using che
